What is AI workflow automation?
Using automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) plus AI (Claude, GPT-4) to run repetitive business processes automatically. The AI adds judgement where simple rules fall short — e.g. categorising emails, writing personalised copy, handling fuzzy data.
How much does it cost?
From £1,500 per project, scoped on the free discovery call. Existing bundle clients get 20% off (from £1,200). Optional retainer for ongoing monitoring from £500/month.
What can you automate?
Client onboarding, invoicing, lead nurture, reporting, data reconciliation, review requests, appointment reminders, document generation — pretty much any process that's clearly defined and repeats.
How long does it take?
Small (1–2 automations): 1–2 weeks. Medium: 3–4 weeks. Complex: 4–8 weeks. Always scoped up front.
n8n or Zapier?
Both. n8n is default (cheaper, more powerful, AI-native). Zapier for simple flows with lots of off-the-shelf integrations. We pick what fits.
Do I need to understand the tools?
No. We build and hand over. If you want to make tweaks yourself later, the tools have visual editors — most non-technical people can learn the basics in a couple of hours.
Can you maintain the automations ongoing?
Yes — optional retainer from £500/month. Covers monitoring, bug fixes, small tweaks, and adding new automations as your business grows.
